Office Fees

· All Agents

· Free Phone Service (Domestic Service)

· Free Incoming Fax Service – Outgoing is 10 cents only

· Printing costs – Laser Printing

§ Black & White = $.10 per page

§ Color = $.20 per page

· Office Files are Paperless – no extra printing costs

· Split Agents

· Nothing Else to Charge – But – More Opportunities to Earn

· 100% Agents

· Private Office = $800 per month

· Shared Office = $600 per month (MUST have 2 100% Agents in the Office)

· Home Office = $500 per month

§ Home Office 100% Agents cannot choose Floor Duty

§ Must come into the Office ½ day per week – we would miss you

· Assistants = $100 per month each

Board Fees

· Our Home Board is GSMAR

· Dues - billed July 1st - are $505.00 for NAR – TAR – GSMAR

· MLS Access - billed October 1st - is $350.00

§ (Key is billed at this time also – $101.83 – same as LAAR)

· LAAR requires all our agents to be Subscribers to their MLS

· Current cost is $25.00 per month

· GSMAR dues are $114 per year higher than LAAR, however, the difference is that they include

· Free Continuing Education at the board office
